When you follow this diet, the body breaks down the deposits of fat and produces substances known as ketosis. However, this diet is not for people with type 1 diabetes.

As the name suggests, this diet makes use of plant-based foods and have them raw. According to the raw foodists, most of one’s diet should purely be uncooked food.

The vegan diet includes only fruits and vegetables. This group of people never eats anything animal based, dairy products nor honey. Some people opt for this diet due to ethical reasons.
